Larkhall Butchers Ltd Terms and Conditions
By using our services or placing orders with Larkhall Butchers Ltd, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers, including those granted credit facilities.

Accuracy of Information
- The buyer confirms that all information provided during account registration, credit application, or any other interaction with Larkhall Butchers Ltd is accurate and complete.
- The buyer must notify Larkhall Butchers Ltd in writing of any changes to company information, including trading address, ownership, or directors, as soon as they occur.

Credit Terms
- Payment terms are strictly on receipt of goods and invoices unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized representative of Larkhall Butchers Ltd.
- Credit facilities may be suspended or withdrawn without prior notice if payment terms are not adhered to or if the agreed credit limit is exceeded.
- Larkhall Butchers Ltd reserves the right to perform periodic reviews of the buyer's account without prior notice. This may include credit checks, adjustments to credit limits, or removal of credit facilities based on financial standing or trading behavior.
- The buyer must provide trade references upon request. Larkhall Butchers Ltd may use these references to assess and reassess creditworthiness.

Personal Liability (Directors' Guarantee)
- In the event of company liquidation, insolvency, or cessation of trading, all debts owed to Larkhall Butchers Ltd by the buyer's company shall become the personal liability of the owner(s) and/or director(s).
- The directors and/or guarantors acknowledge that this liability is unlimited, continuing, and irrevocable. Larkhall Butchers Ltd may pursue the guarantors directly without first pursuing the company.

Retention of Title
- Ownership of goods remains with Larkhall Butchers Ltd until full payment of all outstanding sums is received in cleared funds.
- If the buyer fails to make payment, Larkhall Butchers Ltd reserves the right to enter the buyer's premises, or any premises under the buyer's control, to recover unpaid goods.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that goods supplied by Larkhall Butchers Ltd are insured appropriately during transit or storage before payment.

Delivery and Inspection
- The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery for discrepancies, damage, or spoilage. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence where applicable.
- Larkhall Butchers Ltd will not be liable for claims raised after this period or for issues arising from improper storage or handling of goods after delivery.
- Goods are sold on a firm sale basis, and returns or refunds will not be accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing by Larkhall Butchers Ltd.

Payment and Late Payment Interest

- Larkhall Butchers Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate from the due date until payment is received in full.
- The buyer agrees to indemnify Larkhall Butchers Ltd for all costs incurred in recovering unpaid debts, including legal fees, court costs, and collection agency charges.

Suspension and Termination of Service
- Larkhall Butchers Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate credit facilities or trading relationships immediately if:
The buyer breaches any of these terms.
The buyer demonstrates financial instability or evidence of insolvency.
The buyer fails to make payments on time.
- The buyer may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice, provided no outstanding debts remain unpaid.

Confidentiality
- All pricing, trade terms, and business arrangements agreed with Larkhall Butchers Ltd are confidential. The buyer must not disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent.

Data Protection
- Larkhall Butchers Ltd processes personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Personal data may be shared with third parties, including credit reference agencies, insurers, and debt collection agencies, for the purposes of credit assessment, account management, and debt recovery.
- By providing personal data, the buyer consents to its processing for business purposes. The buyer has the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data by contacting Larkhall Butchers Ltd.
- If the buyer does not wish to receive marketing communications, they may opt out by notifying Larkhall Butchers Ltd in writing or via the contact methods provided on our website.

Warranties and Exclusions
- Except as required by law, Larkhall Butchers Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for purpose or quality of goods supplied.
- The buyer accepts all goods "as is" and must notify Larkhall Butchers Ltd of any defects within 24 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability
- Larkhall Butchers Ltd's total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the price of the goods supplied.
- Under no circumstances shall Larkhall Butchers Ltd be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
