Sausages

All our sausages are made freshly on site, using pea flour as a substitute for rusks we have managed to create a range of delicious 100% gluten free sausages.

Bacon

Our bacon is sourced locally from the wonderful Sandridge Farm, using traditional curing methods the dry-cured bacon they produce is second to none.

Stornoway Black Pudding

We are proud stockists of the beautiful Charles Macleod black pudding. Shipped fresh from Stornoway the sausage is multi award winning, including six Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Foods.
