Free Range Chicken

We work with both Castlemead Poultry and Otter Valley poultry to source our Chicken. These hens are reared to the highest of standards. Living over twice the age of an average supermarket bird, the chickens are full of flavour and enjoy a full and active life.

Free Range Duck

Our free range ducks come from Creedy Carver where James Coleman has been rearing ducks since 1998. Widely considered some of the best ducks in the UK, they are some of the only free range, dry plucked ducks available.

Free Range Turkey

Our Norfolk Bronze turkeys come from Stuart Perkins at Castlemead Poultry, having worked with Castlemead for several years we have nothing but praise for his birds. The Turkeys are dry plucked to achieve the best possible finish.

Free Range Geese

Our geese, like our Turkeys, come from Castlemead Poultry. A personal favourite, Stuart rears only the best birds ensuring a delicious flavour.
